Introduction:
Provides ability to produce cost justified G-DUoS prices for application in the Interim Arrangements, and a framework on which to build an enduring approach to charging that meets licence requirements. The ability to apportion use of system costs between demand and generation is a step change in use of system pricing for distribution companies in the UK .
Objectives:
Establish a new methodology for attribution of network costs to customer groups (including generation as well as demand) through a combination of models of network usage and cost allocation.
