Introduction:
The pressure on LV resources and capability will grow continually in the years ahead. The ability to understand the nature of loads on the network as well as smaller scale DG will become increasingly important in informing network reinforcement decisions, outage planning, and reconfiguration.
Objectives:
This project seeks to prove whether a technology developed for the building energy management profession can work successfully in identifying the presence of network loads and energy sources on the distribution network.
